DNA Test:
There was a time in the not so distant past when
the only concern that I had with DNA was trying to remember exactly
what it stood for, so if this ever came up during a random discussion
, I would dazzle them with my brilliance. DNA stands for "DeoxyriboNucleic
Acid" I knew it was important to scientists and gameshows but
that was about it.
This all changed in the 1980's when methods of isolating
DNA from individual cells were being perfected. DNA is as unique
to an individual as a fingerprint, so with the ability to isolate
and generate a genetic signature, a whole new world opened up.
