Interview with John Hinman about chemtrails

The land of Sky Blue Waters is a testing ground for weather experimentation and biowarfare.

What are chemtrails?

Chemtrails consist mostly of aluminum and barium particulates that are sprayed by the U.S. Air Force over test areas using planes camouflaged as commercial jet liners.

I've witnessed chemtrails hang in the skies for hours, spreading out and interlacing with each other to create atmospheric haze blocking out sunlight and lowering the temperature considerably. I know firsthand that sunlight is being blocked by these things because I usually get sunburned quite easily. I was outside for three hours one day doing yardwork and barely got any color in my skin.

What purpose would there be in the military spraying them?

From what I have learned through extensive research and witnessing chemtrails firsthand is that they are experimenting with weather control as a part of what is called the Project Cloverleaf program. The temperatures are approximately 20 degrees below normal for this time of year. We had frost the other night in West Central Minnesota in late June so it really makes one wonder what is going on.

The aluminum and barium particulates in the chemtrails are controlled electromagnetically via the HAARP Project antennae in Gakona, Alaska. I have done research that indicates that not only weather control is on the agenda but also biological warfare, mind control and even surveillance, using cloud cover as a radar screen. I also came across documentation that the military is planning on owning the weather by the year 2025 or thereabouts.

Research has shown that common jet contrails can hang in the air for extended periods, contain serious pollutants, and can have very detrimental effects on global warming by filtering out necessary sunlight. Why couldn't what you're referring to simply be common jet exhaust?

Not a chance. Chemtrails are different; they don't evaporate within 10 to 20 seconds like commercial jet contrails. I am witnessing the chemtrail phenomena in a rural area, where there is little commercial airliner traffic. I have witnessed planes laying chemtrail patterns, crisscrossing within 30 seconds to a minute, which would certainly violate FAA rules for commercial jets. I have seen these jets return with no chemtrails behind them flying at the same altitude, heading towards the Minot Air Force base in North Dakota. This happens on a near daily basis. I can't buy the official commercial contrail storyline at all.

If chemtrails were bioweapons, why would the military test weapons not meant to completely incapacitate an enemy?

The long term impact of chemtrails need to be studied. There may be a sudden rise in Alzheimer cases ten to twenty years down the road as a result of chemtrail fallout and absorption of aluminum particulates. What I gather, based on my experiences, is that they are spraying some kind of sedative like Prozac on the populace to kept them passive and oblivious to what is going on. I realize that this is speculation on my part but I try to keep an open mind.

You, and other chemtrail watchers, have said the media is complacent about the subject, and perhaps even controlled by the military. If that were the case, wouldn't a fabricated story, put an end to the speculation?

To spin such a story, they would have to back up their claims with solid evidence. I sent photos of chemtrails to a WCCO weatherman, and he responded saying that he would, "look into it." Yeah, right. When I watch him on T.V. he has this kind of idiot giddiness about him that probably results from some Prozac they give him, enabling him to cope with lying to the public about what is going on.

Apparently there is a postage stamp about to be issued with an image of chemtrails - that's a way of telling people they are normal and should not be questioned. I don't know if this is true but it fits a pattern of those in power: slowly and surely introduce something to the public so they don't question it.

Why test within the US, when there are plenty of foreign countries the US military is actively involved in? Why not Iraq?

I have received e-mails from chemtrail watchers from around the world who say that they have witnessed various spray programs in their home countries. Also, the US military has a long history of testing on the US population. Information is available on radiation experiments on civilians in the 50's and 60's that occurred in Minneapolis.

What have you done to try to bring attention to this?

I have done my share of chemtrail activism - sending photos of the things to dozens of local newspapers, mailing out newsletters. I have not received one single response from the media (with the exception of KNOX 1013 AM radio in Grand Forks). Either people are too scared to talk or are simply too doped up by the chemtrails to even care about them.

What would your suggestion be to those who are concerned about this issue?

I suggest that people get more involved - call your talk radio stations, write letters to your local newspapers and send out newsletters. Get out your digital cameras and take photos of them. Send them to weather people and other media folks. I think Michael Moore should do a documentary on chemtrails, for it really should be the number one story considering the impact they are having on our environment and ourselves as well.
