Never
pay by paypal with only a comment like "money for xxx.com"
Clearly
state what your giving the person the money for, domain names, files,
forum, exclusive purchase of database(s), design, psd files, etc.......
That
way when and if you have to make a claim for nondelivery, it's a
much simpler case of, did he transfer all of above? No. Dispute
resolved, money back.
Been
there, done it and learned from it.
I've
had an issue with a seller over $2200, and though it took a while
and it was complicated, PayPal did return the funds. I had very
clearly labeled the transaction, as I always do, with the following
text:
For
the exclusive purchase of xxx.com, it's domain, site files, databases,
images, and any copyrights held in it's name.
PayPal
said they based the decision simply on the WHOIS record, which obviously
didn't show me as the owner of the disputed domain.
